  What can I say about their service… well I’m just short for words. After taking it to a shop in Redlands to have it estimated, I brought it to Bates Auto, and I could not have made a better choice. The work was great you can tell they went above and beyond the scope of the work. They finished their work earlier than I expected and like I said they did an amazing job. Not only that they have great customer skills. Would I come back? YES. Would I refer them? Without hesitating.
