  I have not been very happy with how they handle my requests. I ask for generic brands and they continue to order brand name medicines that are very expensive. One time we had an appointment for 2pm and when we got there, they said they were out to lunch and we would need to wait. What!!?? Again, the doctor called in the prescription for brand name instead of generic! They are convenient because they are also open on Saturday. Don't know if this is worth it.
