  I can't believe that a city of more than 200,000 souls does not have a manned Amtrak station. You can't buy tickets here or get information. They can't afford to pay staff, but they can afford security?
  
  We got there Saturday evening to catch the Southwest Chief. The paper sign said we needed track 1 but there was an automated announcement saying all trains were on track 2 because the elevators were broken. Security didn't know, there were no train announcements at all, and the monitor in the waiting room wasn't working.
  
  This is a big deal because it takes a while to get from one track to the other.
  
  I will not be using this station again. The station master needs to get their act together.
