  The waiting room was much too crowded, but luckily I made an appointment beforehand and was taken in almost immediately. The girl that took my blood, Cathy, was very nice, very professional, and yet friendly. My paperwork and the 2 different orders were a little complicated but she patiently straightened it all out with patience and a smile and she made the experience very pleasant for me. I have been to this facility many many times and have yet to have a bad experience. Ruby D'antin.
