  Pros:
  -Close to campus
  -Beautiful complex with nice amenities
  
  Cons:
  -Rowdy neighbors/roommates
  -Unorganized management that constantly changes
  -Zero regulation/resolve for incidents/issues
  -Limited parking (high chance of getting towed in addition to needing a parking pass for visitors)
  
  At first glance/walk through, this place seems like a dream and the perfect place to live given that it is directly across the street from campus. The community/area looks beautiful, but please. Do NOT be mistaken or fooled for a second. I was unfortunately caught up, in dire need of a place to live as everything was last minute, and it was the worst year of my life. Though I was fortunate enough to be paired with a few decent roommates, there is always that one person who makes your life miserable (slamming doors and doing laundry ALL hours of the day with no care). The "best" part about that situation is that the office did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem except giving empty reassurances by saying it would be resolved... Yeah, sure.
  
  Staff kept changing, super unorganized, rowdy neighbors... I could go on about the negative things that daily occurred without being rectified whenever a complaint was submitted. I even had an issue with the garage I shared (the other person was from a different unit) because the other occupant continuously forgot to close the garage and when I came home from a weekend away, my side was trashed and the wall had been cracked from someone driving into it.
  
  I actually developed anxiety from living here. Not to exaggerate, but it honestly was a horrible experience. Thank goodness I live elsewhere now.
  
  TLDR; Nice place if you have friends you plan on occupying a whole unit with and are a heavy sleeper. Otherwise stay away as management is a joke who does nothing to help out their residents after the contract is signed. 1/10 would not live here again and the 1 star is only because of the convenience it has being across campus.
