  Before moving away from Fontana, Family Funeral Chapel and Cremation was there for us over the past decade through THREE family deaths and I would not trust my family's final needs to anyone other than them. I was personally in the room when they came for the removal of our grandmother after she passed away in her sleep. The care and respect with which she was handled was comforting and reassuring. It's so hard to have strangers come into the family home and take a loved one away but they treated her as if it was their own grandmother. When my mother-in-law passed away she was terribly emaciated from her fight with cancer and I couldn't imagine how they would make her presentable for the open casket funeral that my father-in-law requested... but they did. Her final care and makeup were done with such attention and care that again I was comforted that they treated her like family. And finally, when my beloved father-in-law passed April, 2012 we called on Family Funeral Chapel again. He was a veteran of the Navy and even though (because of delays with family getting into town) the funeral couldn't happen until over a week after his death, he was ALWAYS covered with the flag in the appropriate manner.
  THE NITTY GRITTY - prices, budget and needs were openly discussed and honestly presented with NO backsliding or last minute changes EVER. ANYONE that we came across in dealing with arrangements or the memorial and graveside services were always professionally dressed, articulate, polite and considerate. We never felt rushed and were still treated well after we admitted that we were on a very tight budget.
  I would without a moments hesitation recommend Family Funeral Chapel and Cremation to anyone looking for quality final care for a loved one at affordable prices.
