  UPDATE NUMBER 4.
  
  Last week the bus was actually on time every single day. This week... again. LATE!
  
  I love how they DONT inform you that a bus will be arriving late. As this being the service I PAY for, and SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE. This should be something they should do. Access. You still are a horrible transportation service!

  I feel access should start having a daily log.
  
  My riders pick up time was for 7-7:30 am. It is now 8:40 am, and still no show! Thank you access for proving time and time again why I HAD to quit my job!
  Busses are broke down, they're stuck in traffic, blah blah blah! The excuses are just that, EXCUSES!!

  Thanks to access, and their busses constantly being broke down, and bus drivers NEVER on time, I had to quit my job!
  
  Because they can't keep to the scheduled pick up times for my rider, I can't make it on time to my shifts. Showing up TWO HOURS LATE IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  
  THANK YOU ACCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are a horrible HORRIBLE transportation company!
  
  HORRIBLE!
  
  Access is always extremely early, or extremely late for their scheduled pick up time.
  
  Bus drivers will honk every second they're outside till you come out.
  
  The routing department ADDS pick up and drop offs when the route for the day has already been scheduled (clearly they do favors, when we're not allowed to do that!)
  
  Multiple times, they've been 1hour + late dropping off! Leaving us to wonder, where's our rider?! We have to call and figure out what's going on, rather than them alerting us!
  
  Access had my rider on the bus one day for 3 hours... THREE HOURS!! Why? Because they like to mess with scheduling! They don't care about the times they designated for you!
