  hello! I've been a loyal customer to quiznos for years now and I love their special sauce and prime rib!
  I've never encountered such an awful experience until I came here to this location. Since all of the quiznos are shut down in my area I decided to go far and give this place a try. I came in at 10:15 AM (they open at 10 am"and I walk in to get my sandwich and I'm "greeted" by this lady. She says to me "We're not open yet." At this point there is no customer service at all. The lady already seems to be in a bad mood but I want her to know that that's not the customers fault. She did not even give me an estimate of when she would be open. If she wasn't sure what time she would open, she should say so. I said, "is it going to take about an hour or so?" She replies, "MY boss isn't here right now" At this point I wanted to laugh because of how poor this person's customer service skill is. I'm totally guessing here but she probably was angry at the boss for being late so she didn't want to take the blame for opening late so she tried to get the customer angry at the boss! All I wanted was a quiznos sandwich. I waited at cvs right next door for about an hour and I went back. I opened the door and I'm greeted by a man. He grabs the door handle so I ask, "are you guys still closed" and the guy goes "yes we are closed until this afternoon" no reason, no apology for the inconvenience.
  When I would work at a customer service job, my boss always told me to apologize even if it's not my fault and to apologize as a company as a whole.
  
  I'm not bothered that the store opened late.
  Mistakes happen all the time.
  Although, I'm disappointed in their customer service.
