  I just moved out of these apartments. I had a two bedroom and paid $875...only reason we moved out was to be closer to my husbands job it's in Ontario but we moved to another place that is managed by the same company as Mountain Gate. We really liked living there and we like the company they have been good to us. We moved in there in 2010 so almost 5 years there and no problems we even made very close friends there...the manager and the corporate office are really good compared to where we lived before...the maintenance is ok he kind of talks too much when hes fixing something in the apartment but still hes nice. I dont think it is loud expect for being on Kendall Drive since its a main street..the neighbors are friendly...the rent is not expensive at all... and we got our security deposit back when we moved. I recommended this apartments to 3 people and the office gave me $100 for each person.
