  We have this place for last 37 years. we build for only flooring , in our time
  flooring was only what you see what you get, since other flooring get involved , they change why we use to shop,just show sample and order
  for you, after you get your not sure if you order this or not, because we forget, we did not change our way, we pay up front to supplier and we get
  better price and we hand it to you, since our carpeteria time and we get older, our new customer going after price war. most time they get chepper quality for higher price they pay, supplier know that and they raise price every time , you pay for it, but that was old time and hard to change maid of customer even if you try to help them ended you loose customer because they did not see it, at our place we have 200 thousand sq yard
  carpet on the our 17000 sq-ft show room, we sell lower than whole seller
  because we paid up front we got better prices , come and see us , we our not hole on the wall, we build that store for flooring only. please stop by and see me and you get lower price than any carpet store,
