  The wait times are horrible at all of the arrowhead clinics. Will arrive on time or even 15 mins early for an appointment and still not be seen for hours. The doctors are the only reason i put up with the unbelieveable wait times. Whats the point in making an appointment if you wont be seen on time?

  My Dr. is great.....when I get to see him!!!!! Nobody works the goddamn phones apparently, I call and I call call call call until I freaking die! They never answer the phone, what kind of freaking clinic does that!!!!???? When I get in, my Dr is great at getting everything done that we needed to get done a long time cause I can never schedule a goddamn appointment. I wanted to stay here cause I like my Dr but I can't even see him......Worst clinic ever, free clinics have been more kind, caring and professional then this joint.
